If you had a choice between JWT 535's and GT2530's, both new and both going for the same price.......which one would you choose? I have a set of older GT2530's i bought at X-mas. I knew they would need some flange design changes and such, but more things keep poping up. All the work can be done for not much $$$, but the turbos are used and the changes would be irreversable. I'm not sure if I want to chance it. So now I'm thinking of saying f-it and buying a set of new ones just to save me the hassle. Here's my delima. I had a plan from the beginning to get at least 500rwhp. I built up my lower end with Eagle rods and JE pistons. I have Stillen ICs, 555's, ECU, dual-pop, Nismo FPR, GD downpipes, GD midpipes, and B&B exhaust, boost controller and afc. I have a feeling I wouldn't really need the built lower end if I went with the 535s, but I don't want to feel like I wasted my money. I know it would be better piece of mind, but I feel the GT2530's would be more suitable for what I was building the engine for. This will not be a track car. I may drag it a few times, but jsut to see what it will do. Mainly will be my show and go car. Weekends and rarely a nice weekday drive to work car (that's what the NA is for). I just need some serious opinions and maybe a refresh of some logic I'm not thinking of right now. My brain is fried from running the options through my head.
